Sometime ago our confidentially sensitive brother, Sheldon Hughes, sent flowers to a woman that he is working with. Little did he know the pain she was going through, and this small act of kindness helped her.....we all need to do one such thing before the summer is over!

Good morning Sheldon,

I just wanted to say thank you for the beautiful flowers, you can't imagine how that gesture made my day.

I had been at the Washington Hospital Center all day with my family, my brother was having major heart surgery and they were not expecting him to survive the surgery. So of course we had been praying all day and were very anxious during the five hour surgery. God is still in control and he was sitting up talking the next day, he's still in the hospital of course, but God showed up in a mighty way!

So again I say thank you for making my day and I look forward to the Women's Symposium.
